Effective September 4, 2026. These plain-language terms describe the current Genuine Good site and Genuine Good Grants pilot. If a product page gives more specific instructions, those instructions apply to that product.
You may read, link to, and share released Genuine Good stories for lawful purposes. Do not harass people named in public records, misrepresent a dated story as breaking news, interfere with the site, bypass authentication or payment controls, or use the site to violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for the information and decisions that you make after using the site.
Genuine Good summaries are original editorial work. We identify sources and link to originating publishers where available. Source records can change, close, or contain mistakes. A link is not an endorsement, and third-party text, images, names, marks, and other material remain with their respective rights holders. We publish corrections when we identify material errors, but we cannot promise that every story is complete, current, or error-free.
Editorial content is not legal, medical, financial, grant-writing, or other professional advice. It is not a promise that a reader, organization, or community will receive a particular result.
Google sign-in provides reader access to account and newsletter controls. The owner-only studio accepts only an identity on our owner allowlist, using either Google sign-in or the site host's ChatGPT-compatible authentication. Reader access alone does not grant owner access. Keep control of the account or device used to sign in and do not share credentials or session access. Your Google or ChatGPT account remains governed by its provider’s terms. You can useMy account to manage newsletter delivery or delete the Genuine Good newsletter record; this does not delete the external identity account.
A newsletter signup requires a valid email and an affirmative consent checkbox. Submitting that checked form confirms the subscription and starts daily delivery. You may turn daily delivery on or off in your account. We may refuse or block an address when a provider marks it bounced, complained, or suppressed. Every digest includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing or pausing stops future eligible digests, but a provider or suppression record may be retained to honor that choice and prevent accidental re-mailing.
Genuine Good Grants is an independent research and aggregation product. It uses the Grants.gov API and is not a government service. The current paid catalog includes per-request access to Search, Detail, Fit, Brief, and Shortlist Preflight. A $15 30-day API Pass includes up to 1,000 API calls. The pass and its 1,000-request fair-use limit do not renew automatically. The public preview is a small, free research aid. Current prices and request methods are shown in the API challenge, documentation, and product pages and may change before a new request.
Payments use x402 on Base mainnet with USDC. A paid result is a research output based on public records, not an eligibility determination, application decision, legal opinion, award promise, or government endorsement. We do not take a percentage of an award or hold grant funds. The site has no automatic refund system and does not promise a refund unless a specific, current product page expressly provides one. No refund, grant approval, grant award, or savings outcome is guaranteed.

The games are free entertainment. They do not require an account, purchase, or score submission. Some progress and best scores are stored only in your browser’s local storage, so clearing browser data can remove them and changing devices will not transfer them. The games are not a substitute for professional advice or a promise of a particular experience on every device.
We work to keep the site, sources, API, and newsletter available, but they may be changed, paused, rate-limited, or unavailable. No online service is perfectly secure. Google, Resend, hosting and database providers, Grants.gov, Base, and linked publishers have their own terms, policies, and availability. We are not responsible for a third-party service we do not control.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date above will change when we publish a material revision. Questions, correction requests, or concerns about a transaction can be sent tohello@genuinegood.online. Include the relevant page or request identifier, but do not email passwords, API tokens, payment signatures, Social Security numbers, or confidential case files.
